It’s the weekend and a perfect time to MEAL PREP! 🤩🎉

This is how I do the meal prep. I use the grill and cut up veggies that I’m eating in the next couple of days. I found that making a plan has really helped me get back on track! Also TRACKING what I eat…everything I eat…has been very helpful!

What is your plan for this weekend? How are you staying on track?
