✨ Happy Day & welcome to all my new friends here. I’m so grateful you found your way to this space.
✨ My name is Abbey, and I am the heart behind Mama Meadows. I’ve always had a deep connection to nature, the elements, and the unseen. From a young age, I could feel the emotional and energetic undercurrents in people, animals, and spaces. What I once thought was “just sensitivity” I now understand as being clairsentient, claircognizant, clairvoyant, and clairaudient.
✨ I am a Level 4 Reiki Master Teacher and an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. I teach and attune students in Reiki and hold space for practitioners inside my Reiki Support Circle. Guiding others to trust their intuition and develop their gifts is one of my greatest honors.
✨ I’ve been studying vibrational frequencies, chakras, subtle bodies, and the emotional–physical connection for over a decade. I am also a Certified Crystal Energy Guide, trained under Kyle Gray and the Complementary Medical Association. Crystals have been companions in my life and practice for more than 15 years.
✨ As a physical empath and intuitive, I feel energy in my own body. I can often pinpoint where emotional trauma is stored and how it manifests physically. In sessions, I follow your energy. Sometimes that includes emotional release, inner child healing, ancestral threads, spirit guides, or loved ones stepping forward. I honor what comes through while staying grounded, ethical, and client-centered.
✨ My work blends Reiki, crystal healing, color therapy, affirmations, nervous system awareness, and practical integration. I believe healing is not about bypassing or pretending. It’s about accountability, boundaries, grace, and learning how to master our minds so we can co-create our reality consciously.
✨ Outside of my healing practice, I am also a classically trained chef of 25+ years, a space holder, a lifelong student of sacred geometry and higher spiritual understanding, and someone deeply committed to walking the talk. I question everything. I transmute what I learn. I evolve openly.
✨ I believe everything we need is already inside of us. We are powerful beings having a very human Earth experience. My role is not to fix you. It’s to help you remember who you are.
