What are they?
•Omega-3 Fatty Acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids with the presence of a double bond, three atoms away from the terminal methyl group in their chemical structure
Why do we need them?
•Omega-3 is a natural way of fighting anxiety and depression. In addition, Omega-3 can help improve eyesight, help fight heart disease, low blood pressure, high cholesterol, and even ADHD.
From what can I get Omega-3?
•Salmon, Oysters, Flax Seeds and Walnuts. For many people, these foods, and ones similar, are not abundant in our diet. Consider taking a Omega-3/Fish Oil supplement.
