QHHT is a method that can only be done in-person. However, I'm thinking of conducting an online group regression workshop. This gives you a small "taste" of QHHT and involves a lighter state of trance that's safe to conduct virtually. QHHT uses a deep state of trance - when the brain is in "Theta." A lighter state of trance would be when the brain is in "Alpha."

This first workshop would be free for everyone- and I would say to allow 1-1.5 hours.

2. Saturday 10 am
3. Saturday 7pm
4. Propose different day and time
