We had a great turnout for our "Thriving Through Menopause" event at Ochsner LSU Health – St. Mary Medical Center, which focused on navigating menopause through wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies.

Attendees heard from an expert panel including Dr. John Haynes (OB/GYN), Kristen Kistler, MS, RD, LDN (Outpatient Dietitian), and Misty Alexander (Wellness Director, YMCA of NWLA), who shared valuable insights on maintaining health and balance during this important stage of life.

On Wednesday evening, our community gathered at Ochsner LSU Health – St. Mary Medical Center to take part in the national Wave of Light event. Together, we lit candles in a shared moment of reflection and unity, honoring the memory of the little ones gone too soon.

This evening served as a heartfelt reminder that love, compassion, and connection have no limits. We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who joined us and shared their stories. Though our precious babies may no longer be with us, their light continues to shine brightly in our hearts. ❤️
