‼️ ❄️ Due to the weather, we have a very limited staff at the office. Phones are still through the answering service at this point. You may get a text alert that your appointment is canceled. If so, please call the office back after today to reschedule your appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience and are asking that you stay home and stay safe today. UPDATE:

We now have ONE phone line up and running. If you call our main number, 231-779-9700, you will be able to reach our office. We will keep this line open during our scheduled office hours this week.
Parents will still be able to reach our after-hours service by calling our main line.
If you get a busy tone or if your call drops, please wait 5 to 10 minutes and call back. The one line we have is not able to put you on hold or take multiple calls at once.
If you get sent to the temporary MTP voicemail, please leave a detailed message and a good phone number to call you back.

If you are receiving calls/texts from VaxCare, it is not a scam. VaxCare is a new company MTP is using to manage our vaccinations/flu shots/RSV. If they are contacting you, it is to confirm your billing/insurance information so they can bill for your recent visit. Please verify information or return their call so that your insurance can be billed correctly. If they are stating there was an issue with your recent visit (ie, denial), please contact VaxCare to get further details.

Parents,

It is sports season! We have the MHSAA Sports Physical Form located on our website; you can download, fill out, and send back to us. You can also pick up the form in our office!

Your child needs to be updated on their Yearly Physical or Well Child Visit to be able to complete the Sports Physical Form. Make sure to get them on the schedule soon be able to participate in fall sports.
