Visualizing Goals: Visualizing a result is key in achieving, or manifesting our goals and dreams. When a person visualizes the end result being positive, some believe it impacts the subconscious and affects reality.

Visualize your goals, but do it just one at a time. Instead of visualizing everything you want in your life at once, focus on one goal, wish or desire. When visualizing, see yourself achieving your goal through your own eyes, rather than watching yourself from the outside.

The subconscious mind is thought to have a persuasive effect on a person's outer world, for better or worse.
