Urdvha Hastasana Yoga with Sheila Yoga classes in Cadiz, Kentucky. Sheila has been a yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance since 2017.

During her yoga teacher training in Thailand, she was trained in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Sequence. In the past she has volunteered her time by teaching for a non-profit organization providing specialized, trauma-sensitive yoga classes to Servicemembers, Veterans and their Families. Sheila hopes to inspire healthy challenge in your effort to improve and condition your physical abilities. With a great appreciation for safety, alignment + respect for the mind-body connection, you can expect to receive quality instruction to build a foundational yoga practice.
