Along with muscles, massage therapists also work on fascia but what is it?⁠

Fascia is a thin connective tissue that encases and holds every muscle, organ, bone, blood vessel and nerve fiber in the body. ⁠
⁠
▪️ It is made up of multiple layers: superficial, deep, visceral and parietal.⁠
▪️ It stretches as you move⁠
▪️ Healthy fascia is slippery and smooth with stretch⁠
▪️ Unhealthy fascia is thick, dry and sticky with limited movement⁠
▪️ It can stiffen up causing limited mobility and knots⁠
▪️ Trauma, limited movement and repetitive motion can cause it to become stiff⁠

How can we keep fascia flexible?⁠
⁠
▪️ Allow your horse to move as much as possible⁠
▪️ Stretching after rides⁠
▪️ Heat therapy if there is a knot to work out⁠

Sponsorship will include FREE body work, BEMER sessions, kinesiology taping, craniosacral therapy for your equine partner in exchange for promoting my services by highlighting it on your social media, at horse shows, etc.

🦄 Requirements:
🗣Applicant must be active on social media and have a competitive schedule.
🗣Promote my services weekly by word of mouth and by social media.
🗣Applicant can be English or Western, Cattle Work, Reiner, Drill Team, etc.
🗣I prefer applicants to be within 60 miles of Cairo, GA, BUT I will consider a further distance. Please do not let distance keep you from applying!!
🗣Applicant must be willing to sign a 12 month clearly outlined contract, and can not be currently sponsored by another EMT or PEMF company.

❤️‍🔥💙💚 Saturday Studies 💚💙❤️‍🔥 This is the most common question from my clients!! “How do you know which color of light to use during treatment?” The answer is extremely simple, as each color of light has different natural healing properties and different frequencies. BUT!!! Every horse has different sensitivities and tolerances. *Please watch both videos thoroughly* Velvet is young and currently in the recovery process of a nasty hoof abscess. She has been extremely body sore from compensating on her opposite leg, but most importantly she is holding stress/anxiety in her pole due to being stalled for a week away from her friends. This is RAW video and straight from the stall!! The first video is red light applied (pain relief and stimulating acupoint in her pole) and is clear by her body language that the red light is causing too much stimulation and irritation. I immediately change to the blue light (calms nerves and inflammation) and receive an opposite reaction!! THIS is how I know. I listen to the horse!! As much as I WANT to use red light, I start with my blue light and work my way to red. Horses can talk, and our job is to listen… 👂 🐴 🤓
