I'm loving this new therapy that I tried last week. It is a type of PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic frequency) therapy. They run electrical current through the injured tissues. It seemed to help with my pain levels although I probably made it worse by doing a lot of driving right after. But it definitely gave me an energy and mood boost.

PEMF has been studied extensively and has been shown to accelerate the healing of injuries including wounds, joint pain, and tissue swelling. PEMF has also been used in the improvement of depression and anxiety allowing you to be healthier, stronger, and perform better.
