Did you know proper cleaning and disposal of your contact lenses is just as important as wearing them correctly? 💧 Always clean your lenses with fresh solution (never water!), and remember—contact lenses are single-use or time-specific. Don’t stretch their wear! 🕒 When it’s time to toss them, place them in the trash instead of the sink or toilet to help protect our water supply. 🌎👀

The group immediately embarked upon an effort to obtain state recognition of the practice of optometry, which it received when legislation making Georgia the 38th state in the nation to gain legalized optometry was signed into law in 1916.

While this little guy is adorable, he has learned a bad habit - using your shirt (or belly) to clean your glasses can scratch your lenses and damage the coatings. It is always best to use a microfiber cloth or KimWipes to clean your lenses!
