{About Bonnie}

I received my 200-hour Yoga training at Evolve to Harmony and Avani, with instructors Carole Westerman, Suzanne Wright and Elizabeth Isreal. After experiencing years of back pain myself, I felt incredible relief after my first yoga class. It is my passion to share this experience with others who may need healing physically, mentally or spiritually. My desire is to bring Yoga to all--regardless of their flexibility, age, religion, and physical ability. As a proud daughter, sister, parent and mother-in-law to veteran service members, I am forever grateful for the sacrifice these men and women have given to our country. I am honored and humbled to support our service members in the healing benefits of Yoga. My intention is to provide an environment in which Veterans can experience Yoga in a manner that accommodates their specific needs. I enjoy teaching all styles of Yoga, but have a love for Yin and Restorative, particularly due to the fact that it concentrates on releasing tension in the mind and body. It is more readily available to a wide variety of people, especially those who believe they are unable to "do Yoga." I would love an opportunity to serve you through your Yoga journey!

I will begin teaching Yoga classes next Monday Aug 3rd. For now, it will be Mondays only. Social distancing and masks are required. Class may look and feel different, but I will do my best to make it feel as normal as possible. Hope to see you!🙏🏻 Namaste!

I have been given the approval to resume classes. 😁 We will begin the 1st week in August with some restrictions. Everyone will be required to bring their own props ( Yoga mat). If you need recommendations or suggestions on props, feel free to contact me. We will be following social distancing guidelines.
