Our residents certainly know how to have a good time! We rang in the New Year at Silverado Calabasas with a celebration to remember. From a spectacular ball drop and dazzling fireworks show to a high-energy dance party, the spirit of joy was everywhere. We capped off the evening with a heartfelt toast, raising our glasses to the memories we’ve made and the ones yet to come.

From our family to yours, we wish you a happy and safe New Year’s Eve. We are so looking forward to an amazing 2026 filled with love, laughter, and community! 🥂✨

Team Elphaba, Team Glinda, or Team Popcorn? 🍿✨

Our residents took a trip to the Regency Theatres in Calabasas for a special screening of Wicked: For Good! We might be a house divided when it comes to Team Green vs. Team Pink, but we were totally united over those theater snacks!

We loved getting out into the community, sharing some laughs (and plenty of butter), and enjoying a magical afternoon together.

Our art class at Silverado Calabasas is officially growing, and our hearts are growing right along with it. Whether it’s a resident picking up a brush for the first time in decades or someone stepping way outside their comfort zone to try something new, the results are always impressive.

For some of our residents, these classes are a beautiful reminder of a lifelong talent. For others, it’s a brave new adventure. No matter the skill level, there is nothing quite like the moment they hold up their finished work with a giant smile.

We are so proud of our artists and the vibrant community they are building together! 🖌️✨

Our Silverado Calabasas residents stepped into a winter wonderland this past weekend for a breathtaking performance of The Nutcracker by the Pacific Ballet. From the grace of the Sugar Plum Fairies to the surprise appearance of a very cute white kitty on stage, every moment was breathtaking.

The magic didn't stop at the curtain call—there was even snow at intermission! ❄️ The ride home was full of smiles and stories as everyone shared their favorite moments from the show and cherished family traditions.

This past Thursday, Silverado Calabasas was filled with extra warmth, laughter, and some truly "interesting" knitwear! We hosted our Family & Friends Ugly Sweater Holiday Dinner, and we are still beaming from the joy of it all.

We are proud to share that this was our biggest turnout of the year which means so much more to us than a room full of smiling faces. It represents the deep partnership and trust we share with the families we serve. Seeing residents, staff, and loved ones connecting over delicious food and festive fun is exactly why we do what we do.

Thank you to everyone who donned a sweater and brought such genuine smiles to our community. You made this holiday celebration incredibly meaningful for all of us.❤️

"Deck the Halls" is an understatement! We're dripping in holiday magic at Silverado Calabasas!

'Tis the season, and we are absolutely beaming! The entire community has poured their hearts into making our home the most festive place in Calabasas.

Every resident has added their own special touch, turning our halls into a winter wonderland filled with warmth, sparkle, and holiday spirit. There is truly nothing quite like the magic we feel when we celebrate together!

Shining Bright This Hanukkah! ✨

Our residents are lighting up the community! This year, we celebrated the Festival of Lights by creating our own beautiful Hanukkah lights.

It was a wonderful opportunity to learn and share, as our friends taught us about the deeply held Hanukkah traditions passed down through generations. Thank you to everyone who shared their stories and their light!
