What better time than summer to pause, regroup, and gently return to what truly matters? 🌿
So often we get swept up in the routines of daily life — responsibilities, decisions, and the constant forward motion — and we don’t even realize we’ve drifted away from our center.

✨ If you’re feeling the pull to slow down…
To reconnect with your purpose, your intuition, or your sense of clarity…
You’re not alone. That inner call is meaningful — and worth listening to.

Self-esteem isn’t about “feeling good all the time.”
It’s about remembering your inherent worth, living in alignment with your truth, and honoring the unique gifts you carry.

Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to approach emotional well-being from both a psychological and spiritual lens — integrating modern therapy with the wisdom of Kabbalah to support people on their path back to themselves.

If this speaks to you, take a breath. Reflect. Write. Walk. Reconnect.
Whatever your next step is — make it with love, not pressure.

💛 You deserve to feel whole.

Preparation for Fertility Treatment - Day 12

Honoring the Unknown in the Journey

No matter who you are —
How much money you have,
How positive or pessimistic you tend to be,
How advanced your doctor or treatment is…

At some point in this journey, we all have to let go.

There is a part of this process that none of us can control.
Science, effort, mindset — they matter. But they can only take us so far.

So how do we deal with that part we can’t maneuver?
Do we try to outsmart it with more research, more supplements, more posts, more appointments?
Or do we find a way to make peace with the unknown?

Today, honor that unknown.

💌 Write a prayer, a plea, or a letter.
Direct it to whatever feels real to you —
God, the Universe, Nature, your future self, or a source of wisdom inside you.

Let it include:
• What you want
• What you long for
• Where you need help
• What you hope will happen

And when you’re done, put a hand on your heart and say:
“I’ve done what I can. The rest is not mine to control.”

Take a breath.
Soften your muscles.
And let yourself be held — even for a moment — in trust.

You are not alone.

Day 11 – Preparation for Fertility Treatment

Touch Base with Yourself

Today is about checking in. Notice what’s working for you. If there was a practice or tool that helped—keep going with it. Revisit positive self-talk, self-nourishment, and any calming rituals you’ve found supportive.

Also, notice if anxiety or self-judgment has crept back in. If so, offer yourself even more kindness. You deserve it.

Connect with nature if you can: put your bare feet on dirt, wood, or sand. Let the earth steady you.

Take a moment to look over your mindset, revisit your intention, and scan your vision album if you created one.

Remind yourself: “My efforts do not go to waste.” Even if the outcome is still unknown, your love, patience, and bravery matter. Say it out loud. Write it where you can see it. You are doing something courageous.

Day 10 – Preparing for Fertility Treatment
Movement matters. It doesn’t have to be big—just enough to shift your energy. Gentle yoga, a walk, or even dancing in your kitchen can help release tension and boost mood. What movement feels good to you today?

My dear friend Peter left us this afternoon.
I just got a text from his daughter, Deborah, letting me know he passed away without any pain.

The last time I saw him was at the senior home in Santa Monica. He seemed like he was running the place— all the old ladies were smiling at him, and he looked so at ease.

Peter left Germany right before the start of World War II and often gave lectures about his experiences in N**i Germany. He was very active at the Holocaust Museum.

When I visited him last, I went to his room and saw a bottle of vodka and other goodies on the counter. He was 96 at the time and told me his secret to staying healthy: alcohol, ci******es, and junk food.
He was always a joker—such a character.

I met Peter while looking for people in the neighborhood to interview for my aging course during my master’s. We quickly became friends, and I started visiting him weekly.

Thankfully, he sold his house a month before the fires tore through his street.

The sadness in my heart today reminds me how deeply meaningful and enriching our connections with elders can be.

Dear Peter, may you rest in peace.

Day 9 – Preparing for Fertility Treatment
Let today be a day to connect. Fertility journeys are hard—and it’s easy to slip into silence or isolation. But support is one of the most powerful tools we have for regulation and healing.

Share what’s on your heart with someone who can truly listen. Whether it’s a friend, therapist, or support group, speaking up helps your nervous system feel safer and more supported.

You don’t have to hold it all alone. Take up space. You are worthy of care.

🖊️ 12-Day Fertility Prep – Day 8
💗 Write to Regulate

Today’s practice is backed by science—writing helps regulate emotions, calm the nervous system, and reduce anxiety by activating the brain’s reflective centers.

We’ll break it into two gentle parts:

🌫️ Part 1 – The Container

Write down your fears, frustrations, or painful thoughts—whatever feels heavy.
Let the page hold it for you.

✨ Notice how you feel after:

* If you feel lighter or more grounded, make this a daily ritual.
* If it increases distress, pause. You can try a different expression tool tomorrow.

🌈 Part 2 – The Flow

Now let the words pour out without editing—hopes, questions, longings, anything that needs space.
You might write about what you wish for, what comforts you, or simply how today feels.

🕒 Even 10–15 minutes can gently release pressure and help your system reset.

You don’t have to make sense.
You just have to show up.
You are allowed to feel it all.

💫 12-Day Prep for Fertility Treatment – Day 7
Create Your Vision Album

Sometimes we hold on to old timelines or goals that no longer fit the reality of our lives. Today, I invite you to gently shift your focus toward what’s possible now.

Build a visual album—on your phone or in a notebook—with images that reflect the life you're working toward: calm, connection, joy, pregnancy, or whatever lights you up inside. Look at your album daily, breathe with it, and let your body feel the energy of those images. Visualization is a powerful brain-based tool to regulate your system and return to hope.

💗 Use the attached for guidance and inspiration.
Let this be a soft, affirming step forward.

🌿 12-Day Prep for Fertility Treatment
Day 6 – Tapping for Fertility

Today, we’re using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to calm the nervous system and invite balance into the body and mind.

✨ Phase 1: Setup Statement
While gently tapping the side of your hand (the “karate chop” point on the outer edge), repeat this statement three times:

“Even though I sometimes feel worry (or any emotion you're experiencing), I know I deserve to be happy, and I choose YES, hope, and to feel calm in my body.”

✨ Phase 2: Tapping Points
Tap each point 5–7 times while repeating:

“I choose calm in my body.”
(or any variation that feels right to you)

Tapping points:

* Top of the head
* Eyebrow (inner edge)
* Side of the eye
* Under the eye
* Under the nose
* Under the lips
* Collarbone
* Bra line (side of body, below armpit)

Repeat once or twice a day to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and stay grounded on your journey.

💛 Let me know how it feels for you.

Day 5 – Preparation for Fertility Cycle - Speak Kindly to Yourself

What you say to yourself matters—especially now.

Create two columns:• In the first, write down the critical or negative thoughts you often hear in your mind.• In the second, respond to each one with a kind, loving, and supportive message.

Repeat the positive side daily—even for just one minute. Say the words out loud. Let your body hear them.

And whenever you catch yourself judging or putting yourself down, pause—and gently replace that thought with your kinder response.

Your inner voice can be a source of strength. Teach it to speak with love.

Day 4 – Preparation for Fertility Cycle - “Voo” Breath

This simple vocal exercise helps calm your nervous system by stimulating the vagus nerve — the key pathway between your brain and body that supports stress relief and fertility.

When your body feels safe, it’s more likely to support hormonal balance and healthy reproductive function. Chronic stress can quietly disrupt that process. The voo breath gently restores internal safety and emotional resilience.

✨ Take a deep breath in, then exhale slowly while saying “vooooo…”
✨ Feel the vibration in your chest or belly.
✨ Repeat 10 times, morning and evening, to ground and reset.
