Yoga for Everyone - Blended Class This Friday 9 am - https://mailchi.mp/alreadywithin.com/lunchtimeclasses-18100450 I am attending a Nourished Mother - 3 Day Intensive Postpartum Doula Training this weekend, so there are no classes Friday afternoon through Sunday. I wanted to offer a blended yoga class for everyone, so I will teach to whomever shows up, think blend of Somatic, Prenatal, and Mommy + Me, and it will be delicious and nourishing. I hope you can join!

I’m so excited to introduce my dear friend, .ende — a gifted cooking teacher and caterer whose artistry brings together vibrant, seasonal flavors in the most soulful way. Lisa is known throughout our community for her innovative, delicious recipes and her ability to turn even the simplest ingredients into something extraordinary for all sorts of events and specials occasions.

I’m delighted to collaborate with her for this workshop designed to help you feel grounded, recharged, and truly nourished before the rush of the holidays.

Lisa will guide you through seasonal, soul-feeding recipes that are colorful, simple, and bursting with flavor. After we share a beautiful lunch together, I’ll lead you in a restorative guided meditation + soundbath to center your mind, settle your nervous system, and help you carry that feeling of balance into the season ahead.

Let’s gather in the spirit of the season — sharing food, breath, and connection.

with

Bring your lover, partner, family or friend and learn to give and receive healing and love through touch. Learn to connect with intention followed by an intro to head, face, neck, shoulder, leg and foot massage. Perfect for our pre and post natal community.

You will remain fully clothed and take turns working on each other. Limited to 6 couples/pairs. No experience necessary. Only one signup needed per couple/pair.

*Anyone can partner together for this workshop. You do not need to be romantically/intimately connected. Just comfortable giving/receiving massage with each other.
