Cheers to getting back into our routines and finding our groove as we head into late summer. I'm off to Palm Springs this for meditation retreat this weekend, so no classes this Sunday + Monday. NOURISH WORKSHOP
Cooking + Meditation + Soundbath

I’m so excited to introduce my dear friend, .ende — a gifted cooking teacher and caterer whose artistry brings together vibrant, seasonal flavors in the most soulful way. Lisa is known throughout our community for her innovative, delicious recipes and her ability to turn even the simplest ingredients into something extraordinary for all sorts of events and specials occasions.

I’m delighted to collaborate with her for this workshop designed to help you feel grounded, recharged, and truly nourished before the rush of the holidays.

Lisa will guide you through seasonal, soul-feeding recipes that are colorful, simple, and bursting with flavor. After we share a beautiful lunch together, I’ll lead you in a restorative guided meditation + soundbath to center your mind, settle your nervous system, and help you carry that feeling of balance into the season ahead.

Let’s gather in the spirit of the season — sharing food, breath, and connection.

with

Bring your lover, partner, family or friend and learn to give and receive healing and love through touch. Learn to connect with intention followed by an intro to head, face, neck, shoulder, leg and foot massage. Perfect for our pre and post natal community.

You will remain fully clothed and take turns working on each other. Limited to 6 couples/pairs. No experience necessary. Only one signup needed per couple/pair.

*Anyone can partner together for this workshop. You do not need to be romantically/intimately connected. Just comfortable giving/receiving massage with each other.

BABY + ME YOGA
Monday + Friday 11:15 am / Wednesday 12 pm

Come to connect with other parents, build community and show up for yourself in whatever way you need. Great for all levels.

This class is very unscripted and dependent on the babies in the room. You are encouraged to attend to your baby as needed - feeding, holding, changing, soothing, etc. We will do our best to move and breath and create a little more space in your body, mind and nervous system.

*Best suited for babies who are still
somewhat stationary and not quite walking yet. 🫶🏼

PRENATAL YOGA
Monday, Wednesday + Friday 10 am

Join our beautiful community of mamas and parents coming together to ease into the rhythm of your changing body, prepare for birth, soothe your nervous system and connect with your baby.

Each session you will connect with other moms-to-be and learn and practice, breathing, meditation, and asanas (poses) in preparation for birth and motherhood.

BABY + ME YOGA
Monday + Friday 11:15 am / Wednesday 12 pm

A parent and baby class intended to create movement, connection and community. Best suited for babies who are not quite walking yet. I’m working on a class for the bigger babies, so stayed tuned!

Join me for a welcoming post-natal class designed to hold space for whatever you need at this time. Maybe you need connection, space to take a breath, to move your body, a place to share and someone to listen. This class is open to all, regardless of gender and even to those who gave birth years ago - we all need support finding our center. You are invited to do this class with or without your baby. Come to connect with other parents, build community and show up for yourself in whatever way you need. All levels welcome.
