This post tapped my heart 💗. I shared it with a dear friend, and now I share it with you.

How often do we feel something—sadness, frustration, heaviness—and immediately judge ourselves for it?
We think we should feel good all the time.
And when we don’t, we push those feelings down, hide them, or try to "fix" them.
We tell ourselves it’s not okay to feel this way.
But the truth is: It’s okay to feel whatever is present within you.
Your emotions have a purpose. They’re trying to tell you something.

Ask yourself ..

Why am I feeling this way?
Is there something I’m meant to learn or grow through?
What do I need right now?

In these moments, give yourself space, grace, and kindness.
When you do, your body begins to process and integrate those emotions.
You move through them—not around them.

Over time, these baby steps of healing become a solid, grounded foundation for your life.
