Root Chakra: red and black obsidian, bloodstone, garnet, red jasper, red agate, and red coral. Essential oils of ginger, vetiver, and cinnamon.

Sacral Chakra: goldstone, tiger's eye, red quartz, red phantom quartz, and carnelian. Essential oils of clary sage, orange, and cardamom.

Solar Plexus Chakra: tiger's eye, yellow agate, citrine, yellow adventurine, and rutiled. Essential oils of fennel, peppermint, and black pepper.

Heart Chakra: green jasper, green agate, peridot, fluorite, rose quartz, strawberry quartz, and green adventurine. Essential oils of geranium, jasmine, and ylang ylang.

Throat Chakra: green turquoise, blue agate, blue apatite, and aquamarine. Essential oils of chamomile, bergamot, and basil.

Third Eye Chakra: lapis lazuli, sodalite, amazonite, blue adventurine, and violet stone. Essential oils of pine, cedarwood, and patchouli.
