When the suns out, so are the people at the lake. I had some fun in the sun representing Honoring the Heroes - Idaho at this year’s Canyon County Sheriff's Office’s boater safety fair!

I want to thank the Sheriff’s Office and Canyon County Deputies' Association & Thin Blue Line of Hope for having us out. It was also great to see other partnered organization at the event: Canyon County Paramedics, Nampa Idaho Fire Department, Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, Idaho Fish and Game (IDFG), and others.

Today is a good day!

On April 10th Deputy Todd Nelson of the Ada County Sheriff’s Office sustained stab and gunshot wounds from a dangerous confrontation with a man armed with a knife.

Today, he is released from the hospital to be reunited with his family, friends, and colleagues.

Last week I had the honor of giving one of our Emotional Survival Tactical Bag (EST Bags) to an Ada County Sheriff's Office on his behalf. Once I heard he was being hospitalized due to the dangerous confrontation. I knew I needed to get him one of our bags right away!

Good thing I usually carry a few EST Bags in car just for these chance encounters.

Today is a good day!

Last week I had the honor of giving one of our Emotional Survival Tactical Bag (EST Bags) to an Ada County Sheriff's Office on behave of Deputy Todd Nelson. Once I heard he was in the hospital having sustained stab and gunshot wounds from a dangerous confrontation. I knew I needed to get him one of our bags right away!

Good thing I usually carry a few EST Bags in car just for these chance encounters.
