Caldwell Care is pleased to introduce our new Social Services Director, Jodi Siefferman.

"As a newly baptized Christian, I believe in all things happening for a reason. I had prayed for God to use me to bring glory to him and place me somewhere that I was truly needed. God answered and I started my 13th year as a Director of Social Services at Caldwell Care. After my first few days at the facility, I knew and felt I belonged here. The Caldwell Care team is a welcoming family, and the residents were equally excited to meet me.

In December of 2019, I moved from Oxnard, California to Garden City, Idaho for a change of pace. Three weeks after moving here I met my husband, Randy, and we married in 2023. The two of us have a total of 5 children and 6 grandchildren. We have 3 fur babies, (11yr old Boston Terrier, 3 yr old yellow lab and a 10-month-old black lab). We enjoy taking the labs pheasant hunting and trial hunts. In addition to hunt tests and watching the dogs do their thing, we enjoy camping, canoeing, bicycle riding and taking the Mustang out for a Sunday cruise. We travel as much as possible and are excited for our upcoming cruise in April.

Prior to Social Services I was a sales liaison for 13 yrs in Hospice. I have held other positions within the healthcare sector for a total of 38 yrs. My servant heart feels best serving others and the elderly population holds a special place within me. To be sent to Caldwell Care Center is a definite gift from God and I am truly grateful to be serving the elderly and working with an amazing team."
