Here's the email I just sent out to VITALITY -MEMBERS… "Vitality Health Club" is not only a high-end gym, but it's a sanctuary where I will personally leave no stone unturned in order to make sure "every member" learns how to exercise: strengthen & stretch their body properly.. which is the (BEST Defense & Offense) to prevent & reduce symptoms of sports injuries, joint pain & arthritic change!
