If you live in Muskingum, Guernsey, Noble, or Morgan County, your next unforgettable Open-Air Safari at The Wilds could start with a stop at your local library!

Thanks to a special partnership with area libraries, each branch now has a daily Wilds Safari Pass available for library card holders—offering:

✅ Free admission for up to 6 guests per household
✅ Free parking
✅ Access to our signature Open-Air Safari Tour, where you’ll explore sweeping pastures and spot rhinos, giraffes, and other rare and endangered animals

Just stop by the front desk of your local branch to request the pass (library card required). Each pass is unique and can only be used once—so plan ahead! Once you receive a pass, simply call The Wilds at least 72 hours in advance to reserve your tour date.

This program is a great way for our neighbors to experience everything The Wilds has to offer—and it’s our way of saying thank you to the communities that surround and support us.

with the MMR vaccine.💉

RCHD's Public Health Nursing Clinic has the MMR vaccine available. Please call our office at 740-775-1146 for more information or to schedule an appointment.📞

If you received a measles vaccine in the 1960s, you may not need to be revaccinated. People who have documentation of receiving LIVE measles vaccine in the 1960s do not need to be revaccinated.

People vaccinated prior to 1968 with either inactivated (killed) measles vaccine or measles vaccine of unknown type should be revaccinated. They should get at least 1 dose of live attenuated measles vaccine. This recommendation is intended to protect those who may have received killed measles vaccine which was available 1963–1967 and was not effective.
