Our residents enjoyed a delicious home-style lunch today! 🍽️ Fried pork chop with brown gravy, zucchini and tomatoes, green peas, and a banana for dessert. Good food and good company made it a great day! 🍌

“Lillian plays an important role in our nursing home by enhancing our residents’ well-being and quality of life through psychosocial support, advocacy, care planning, and connecting them with community resources.”
In her words, she became a social worker was her desire was to improve the well-being of vulnerable individuals and their families by empowering them to navigate challenges; providing support during crisis; and connecting them with needed resources to significantly improve their quality of life.

For the past two years, Tim has done an outstanding job serving as our Resident Council President! His leadership, kindness, and dedication to his fellow residents truly make a difference every single day.
And let’s not forget — we always have so much fun when he brings out his puppet and puts on a little show! He keeps us smiling and laughing, and that joy means everything.

Lunch + a movie kind of day! 🎉
We enjoyed a yummy lunch at Golden Corral (yes, we saved room for dessert! 😋), then headed to the movies to see Elvis. 🎬🎤
Full bellies, happy hearts, and lots of sweet memories made today! ❤️✨
