January & February 2026 Schedule Update -
My January and February event schedule is officially set! I’ll be taking some vacation time in February, so if you’re hoping to book a session, I recommend scheduling early.

Right now, I have plenty of evening and weekend appointments available. And as always, if you don’t see a time that works for you, please reach out—I’m happy to find a time that fits your schedule. 💛

I’ve never been big on resolutions or making promises to myself that don’t truly stick. What does resonate with me is focusing my energy on one intentional theme—one way of 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 that guides everything else.

For 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 my word(s) (and way of life) are: 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 & 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫.

By 𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑜𝑑𝑦, I mean 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐫.
Deeply living the qualities I teach and hold space for every day—
strength with softness,
leading with love,
gratitude for my gifts,
embracing change,
and honoring the divine feminine in every breath, in every moment.

And by 𝑒𝑚𝑝𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟, I mean passing that energy forward.
Supporting and uplifting the women who are 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 to step onto their own path, make real change, and shake things up—not by becoming someone new, but by fully being themselves. Through love, forgiveness, presence, and authenticity, we create ripple effects far beyond what we can see.

This won’t be the last time you hear 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 & 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫.
Because in 2026, that’s exactly how I’m choosing to live—and how I’ll continue holding space for others to do the same.
