Last night during Zen Circle (a free monthly meditation group, everyone is welcome!), we talked about how easy it can be to get pulled into cycles of fear, anger, and constant negativity, especially in a world where outrage is continuously amplified and encouraged.

A Touch of Zen will always remain a space rooted in compassion, healing, reflection, and human connection.

People are absolutely welcome to come as they are, to be heard, supported, and held through difficult emotions and experiences. But this space is not meant for spreading fear, hostility, division, or repeated anger-based narratives. I strongly believe we cannot heal ourselves or the world by feeding more fear into it.

Change begins in the way we speak to each other. In the way we listen. In the way we choose understanding over reaction. In the way we continue to lead with love, even when the world feels loud. That does not mean ignoring pain or pretending difficult things do not exist. It means choosing to respond consciously rather than continuously recycling fear and outrage.

My hope is that when people walk into this space, they feel safe. Safe to breathe. Safe to reconnect with themselves. Safe to soften. Safe to remember that kindness, compassion, and understanding still matter.

That energy is and will continue to be protected here. 💜
