Tyler has been with West Michigan Hospice for over two years and serves as our Director of Clinical Services. He is truly a valuable asset to our team, working behind the scenes and alongside staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Tyler is a strong, dependable leader — someone our entire team can count on for guidance, support, and encouragement. He leads with integrity and always keeps patient-centered care at the forefront of every decision.

In addition to his leadership role, Tyler continues to provide excellent hands-on patient care, especially when completing new admissions. He is not only an outstanding director, but also a compassionate and skilled nurse.

Bre has been a Nurse Case Manager with us for almost two years, and her warmth and kindness shine through in everything she does. She truly sees the whole person — not just the diagnosis — and makes it a priority to care for both the physical and emotional needs of her patients and their families.

Bre has a beautiful way of brightening someone’s day, whether it’s surprising them with a birthday treat or bringing fresh flowers from her own garden just to bring a smile. It’s those thoughtful, personal touches that make such a lasting impact.

Meet Maggie! 💚

Maggie has been part of the West Michigan Hospice family for over two years, and her journey with us has been a special one. Maggie first joined the team as an intern during graduate school, while also serving patients as a CNA. From the very beginning, her heart for hospice and dedication to our mission were clear.

After graduating, Maggie stepped into a full-time role as a social worker, where she provided meaningful support, advocacy, and education to patients and families. Today, as our Director of Social Work Services, she continues to lead with compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to quality care.
