When is the right time for hospice?

Meet Tyler! 💚

Tyler has been with West Michigan Hospice for over two years and serves as our Director of Clinical Services. He is truly a valuable asset to our team, working behind the scenes and alongside staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Tyler is a strong, dependable leader — someone our entire team can count on for guidance, support, and encouragement. He leads with integrity and always keeps patient-centered care at the forefront of every decision.

In addition to his leadership role, Tyler continues to provide excellent hands-on patient care, especially when completing new admissions. He is not only an outstanding director, but also a compassionate and skilled nurse.

We are incredibly grateful for Tyler and the dedication he brings to West Michigan Hospice every single day. 💚

Tiffany is one of our Nurse Practitioners and, although newer to the team, she has already made such a meaningful impact. She brings a warm, calming presence to our patients each day, helping them feel heard, valued, and truly cared for.

Tiffany is a wealth of knowledge and combines her clinical expertise with genuine compassion. She never sees patients as numbers — she sees people, each with their own story, needs, and goals.

Meet Bre! 💚

Bre has been a Nurse Case Manager with us for almost two years, and her warmth and kindness shine through in everything she does. She truly sees the whole person — not just the diagnosis — and makes it a priority to care for both the physical and emotional needs of her patients and their families.

Bre has a beautiful way of brightening someone’s day, whether it’s surprising them with a birthday treat or bringing fresh flowers from her own garden just to bring a smile. It’s those thoughtful, personal touches that make such a lasting impact.
