As we celebrate EMS Week, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible men and women behind the badge at Caledonia Ambulance Service.

Our crew members are more than first responders. They are neighbors, parents, spouses, friends, coaches, farmers, nurses, EMTs, paramedics, and volunteers who answer the call at all hours of the day and night. Whether it’s a major emergency, a quiet lift assist, a scared child, or someone experiencing the worst day of their life — they show up with compassion, skill, and heart.

EMS is not just about lights and sirens. It’s missed family dinners, interrupted sleep, long nights, difficult calls, continuing education, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to serving this community.

To our crew: thank you for your dedication, sacrifices, and countless hours spent caring for others. Your kindness and professionalism do not go unnoticed. We are proud to serve alongside you.

And to our community — thank you for your continued support of our ambulance service. It is truly an honor to care for the people of Caledonia and the surrounding communities.

Another great night of training for the crew! 🚑🩸

A little fake blood, a lot of learning, and some really great hands-on scenarios made for an awesome Stop the Bleed training night. The crew spent time practicing wound packing, trauma response, teamwork, and critical thinking skills that truly can save lives when seconds matter most.

Training nights like these help keep our crew prepared, confident, and ready to serve our community. Proud of everyone who showed up, worked hard, and continues to put in the time to sharpen their skills! 💪

Wow—what an incredible day for our community. ❤️🚑

We are beyond grateful to everyone who came out to support our BBQ fundraiser. Seeing so many people show up, share a meal, and stand beside our ambulance crew meant more than we can put into words.

Thank you to those who donated raffle items and to everyone who gave so generously—your support truly makes a difference.

Because of you, we’ll be able to invest in much-needed equipment and supplies to continue caring for our friends, families, and neighbors.

We are incredibly proud to serve a community that shows up for us the way you do. From the bottom of our hearts—thank you.
