Cardinal also offers psychological testing and assessment services in order to diagnose and create a unique individual treatment

plan. Psychological Assessment includes:

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Meridian, ASR, & Mclaren Insurances as well as private pay and reduced rate clients.
