CHANGE
While this is a word that we don't love, we understand that change is inevitable. We also know that with change comes growth. Ledford Chiropractic & Dr. Emily Whynot are currently experiencing change & hopefully growth. With this being said, we would like to let our patients know that Dr. Whynot has accepted a position with Life University. Her last day in our office will be Wednesday August 13, 2025. All of us at Ledford Chiropractic are going to greatly miss Emily and her family but we wish her the best of luck on her new journey. Good Luck Emily! We have loved working with you!!
In the next few weeks you may see a new face in the office. We are excited to be welcoming Dr. Jaedyn Allen to our practice. We know that Dr. Jaedyn is going to be an asset to our office and our patients. We will be providing a bio on Dr. Jaedyn within the next few days, so be on the lookout!

These are my three favorite electrolytes!!! 1. Relyte- all-around great product, different flavors, very easy on stomach. Redmond salt product. My daily electrolyte.
2. Hoist- Veteran owned, it has a little sugar to help keep your mind sharp if working or sweating, also very easy to use. I use it when exerting for hours.
3. LMNT- (pronounced Element) is easy to use, feels good while using it, and comes in tons of flavors and packaging options. I use it when I need a change of flavor or for recovery.(They actually make a chocolate line that I drink hot)

All 3 come in single serve packets, Relyte comes in a canister as shown, and Hoist and LMNT come packaged already mixed for easy use. Bottles (Hoist), cans (LMNT).

Daily recommendations for sodium are 3000mg daily. Table salt is not the same. It's a factory based product that is not good to use. We recommend a sea salt product when available.

Join us in wishing a Happy 25th Anniversary to Dr. Jason Ledford & Ledford Chiropractic!
We are thankful for each and every one of our patients that have made the last 25 years possible. It has been a privilege to help so many wonderful people.
Dr. Ledford has devoted so much time over the years to offering the best chiropractic care possible. We hope that you and your families have been blessed to be a part of his journey. With all of this being said, Dr. Ledford felt today was the most fitting day to announce his RETIREMENT! This is not something that he has taken lightly. We are excited to see where the future leads him.
