I am disheartened this morning as I have had to send out four patient dismissal letters this week. I want to emphasize our commitment to transparency. We have a deep appreciation for our patients, many of whom we regard as family and friends. I strive to provide the highest level of care to every individual who visits our office, treating each patient with the same respect and dedication that I would afford to my own family members. I am committed to advocating for each patient, whether it involves diagnosing and addressing their health concerns or navigating insurance coverage for their medications. As a privately owned practice, we operate with a lean staff, but we prioritize responsiveness and accessibility, with many patients having direct access to my cell phone. I want to underscore that while we value our patients' feedback, we will not tolerate rudeness directed towards our staff. As a business, we must address payment and balance matters that are not covered by insurance, and we will work with patients to find mutually acceptable solutions. However, we will not engage with patients who make disparaging comments about our services, and in such cases, we reserve the right to dismiss them from our care.
