💥Can I just say how proud I am of this lady!!?
When Sherry came to me, her Dr had told her that it was imperative that she start working on her balance, mobility and strength. That’s just what we’ve been doing.
Has she liked every minute of it? I’m pretty doubtful of that 🤭, considering her little jokes to me 😂 & she keeps showing up anyway. And those results speak for themselves.
These are some of the things we’re really excited about ⬇️
🔹in 12 weeks, training 2x a week, she’s lost 15 overall body inches.
🔹she can now get up and down easily off the floor (could not before without braced assistance) Sooo happy she’s working in her garden again!
🔹she progressed from braced reverse lunges or split squats without knee touch pad —> knee touching pad—-> and now walking lunges. 👏
🔹her step up height with weight keeps increasing
I so enjoy watch my clients progress ❤️ and hearing how their training is helping them in real life everyday.
