Celebrating 1 year of training with Karla Mondragon! 💪🏻 🔥

From day one, she’s shown up with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to herself that never wavers—even while juggling a busy life. 🙌

Too thick
Too thin
Too curvy
Her butt’s too big
Her butt’s too flat
She looks sick

Can you hear the whispers?

She could stand to hold off on the dessert
Her muscles are too big
She looks like a man
She should do more cardio
She’s so vain

Can you hear the whispers?

Too thin
Too fat
His gut is huge
He looks tired
He could lay off the steroids

Can you hear the whispers?

He’s so vain
He should train harder
He never trains legs
He’s been training for years and no change
He’s gained weight

But those that whisper don’t know….
She’s struggling with an eating disorder
She’s struggling with IBS
She’s struggling with PCOS
She’s struggling with disordered eating
She’s struggling with menopause
She’s struggling with emotional eating
She's struggling with lack of confidence
She’s struggling with Hypothyroidsim
She’s struggling with cancer
She’s juggling work, kids, home, family and more
She has a sick parent

But those that whisper don’t know….
He’s struggling with stress
He’s struggling with anxiety
He’s struggling with little sleep
He’s struggling with motivation
He’s struggling with financial stress
He’s struggling with knee issues
He’s struggling with back issues
He’s struggling with body dysmorphia
He’s struggling with diabetes
He’s struggling with work, kids, home, family and more
He’s struggling with grief

➡️”One of the things that divides us the most are our assumptions of others”⬅️

So many are struggling with private battles we know nothing about and yet they still CHOOSE to SHOW UP. Let's applaud them and not judge others based on what's on the surface.

Assumptions against other’s body journey says alot about US. Most issues are NOT VISIBLE TO THE EYES and those are the things most struggle with.

The fact that we keep moving forward despite those struggles says it ALL. Stay strong.

I’m hooked on this protein greek yogurt bowl!

You can use any protein whey powder, any Greek yogurt, fruit and granola you like. For me it’s this set up right now… this Cabot Creamery Greek yogurt is sooo creamy and thick. There’s a “plain” option also with more protein grams per serving.

Pictured:
170 grams Cabot Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Promix grass-fed whey isolate, French vanilla
16 grams Purely Elizabeth organic granola
50 grams fresh sliced strawberries

Macros: 📌 (you should adjust your portions to fit your macros)
420 cals
16 grams Fat
43 grams Carbs
28 grams Protein
