°The muscles in your lower abdomen called the iliospoas muscles directly refers to lower back causing it to pull your lumbar muscles ( low back muscles) to either side of your back causing ecuritcing pain.
°When doing this massage ill be using a deeper massage directly into this muscle ( iliospoas muscles) to try to release some of that tension. °Also an ab massage is great for helping the digestion process, by helping move along the toxic waste that arent naturally already moving.
