A few months ago, Eat Real, my non-profit, helped draft the California state legislation that banned Red Food Dye #3.
A month later, it went national.
Now RFK is seizing on that momentum to ban all artificial food dyes. A bold move to be sure.
Will this fix the food? Not even close. But it's a start. Next, let's see what he does about the real problems: sugar, fiber, and emulsifiers.
