We are a small group of teens and adults meeting 4-5 days a week. Coah Bob is trained in classic barbell lifts, Olympic Lifting and CrossFit (including CF Kids) programming. Murphy's offers daily Strength & Conditioning workouts and nutrition information on our website. Annual Premium Membership is only $20 for FULL ACCESS!
