the body is already communicating.

Not every feeling needs to be explained, analyzed, or resolved.
Some emotions simply need space -
space to be felt without pressure or interruption.
In silence, there is no expectation to perform, respond, or make sense of everything.
There is only presence.

We often try to think our way into calm -
but the mind listens to the body, not the other way around.
When the breath deepens,
when the shoulders soften,

Breath pulls you home.
Come back.
Your body is waiting.
Place one hand on your heart today.
Feel the rise and fall.
Feel the steadiness beneath the thoughts.
