SOMD Youth Baseball and Softball Coalition has partnered with the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs and CAO Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Center to offer a FREE Coaching Clinic for all of our baseball and softball coaches across Southern Maryland!

Let's come together to elevate the game for our youth athletes. We look forward to seeing you at the ballpark!

Meet Ellen! Ellen has been working hard in Occupational Therapy to regain function after surgery for her finger fracture. She has been a joy to work with and continues to excel.

Ellen is also a teacher and expressed interest in behavioral/sensory advice to help her kiddos succeed. The OT was able to help strategize techniques to incorporate in the classroom... A student has already thanked her! OT reaches beyond the clinic and sees the individual as a whole, which includes the factors that impact daily life.

Our CAO Therapy team recently had the opportunity to participate in a video shoot for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE), hosted by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) at our California Clinic!

The FSBPT organization promotes safe and competent physical therapy practices in the country, and we want to give them a huge thank you for allowing us to contribute to such an important mission! We’re always grateful for the chance to give back to the profession that gives us so much.

We also want to give a big shoutout to our many staff members who volunteered their time, including our therapists Rebecca and Danielle, who hosted and coordinated the video shoot!

BIG NEWS FOR SOUTHERN MARYLAND BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL COACHES! ⚾️🥎

The Southern Maryland Youth Baseball and Softball Coalition is partnering with the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs and CAO Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Center for an exclusive Coaches Clinic at Regency Furniture Stadium!

We're inviting every coach in Southern Maryland to this FREE clinic where you'll hear directly from Blue Crabs Manager Brett Jodie, gain insights from CAO experts on arm care, and work with other coaches and players on everything from youth fundamentals to advanced mechanics. This clinic is open to coaches for all age groups across Southern Maryland!

We’ll wrap up the day by inviting your kids on the field to play catch with you and the Pros prior to the game! Then you can enjoy some baseball on a beautiful Sunday afternoon with the family! Ticket details and potential pricing will be released soon.
