If you’ve stepped in to LoveBug you’ve certainly seen our sponsors proudly displayed in our lobby and on top of each of their play houses. These sponsors joined us when we were nothing but an idea, a sketch on a piece of paper (photo evidence is attached 😅), and a whole lot of good vibes. Seriously…that was it. We had the vision, we knew what we wanted to be, we were just trying to figure out how to make it happen. Each of our sponsors joined us and said “Hey, we got you. We believe in you. How can we help?” And the rest is history.

Chronic low back pain can actually change the muscles that support your spine! 💪

A study of over 200 people found that prolonged inactivity can make back pain last longer. When we move less, fat can build up in a deep spine-supporting muscle called the multifidus. When this muscle isn’t working correctly, your spine gets less support, making pain harder to resolve.

That’s why staying active and restoring deep muscle function is key to long-term back health. 🏃‍♂️
