Dear California, Pa and surrounding communities,

Since opening FloCal in 2022, Candlelight Yin Yoga has been my absolute favorite to teach. Watching you unwind, relax, take a deep breath and have an hour to yourself has been my absolute pleasure. We all deserve time for our health and especially our mental health.

Our last one inside FloCal is tomorrow, 8/27 at 8pm, and I'd like to open the doors to anyone in the community that would like to try. You can take this class in a chair or on a yoga mat. (Please try to bring your own mat as we are closing at the end of the week and do not have a lot left from our closing sale.)

The class will be a very slow one with easy stretches and poses that can be made accessible for everyone. We will focus on our breath and have an opening and closing meditation. The theme is community and strength.

We ask that this class be donation based. Bring as little as $1- up to whatever you feel comfortable donating. Proceeds will be going to the victims of the fires that struck our town recently.

If you are not a member of FloCal and plan on joining this class, just comment under this post that you'll be attending or send us a private message so that we can account for everyone and make sure we have enough space.

It's been my honor hosting this hour weekly for the last few years and I am hopeful we can do one last nice thing for our community before we close the doors to our studio in a few days. We will continue to teach for our community, just not behind the doors of our brick and mortar studio.

Wednesday:
Donation based Candlelight Yin Yoga at 8p with Tori. Donate anything from $1-whatever you'd like. Donations will go to the victims of the fires in California, Pa.

Thursday:
6p Beach Barre with Cait
7p Beginner's Yoga with Tori

Friday:
Catch us back at The Farm at Emerald Valley for a sunset stretch, sip and savor slow flow yoga class then stay and enjoy a charcuterie board and drinks at The Hen House at the farm. 🌅🧘‍♂️

Today's sunrise yoga class focused on overcoming darkness and knowing each day is a new chance to start over. Thank you to those that attended. 🌅

While our studio front may be closing in a few weeks, we will still be teaching in the community. Opportunities for future classes will always be posted on social media.

Due to a schedule change, there will be no classes in studio this weekend. You can join us again Monday evening, 8/15, for Go & Flow with Caitlin.
