Meet your teacher, Carol! 💫
Carol Trudo is a 200RYT graduate of Evolve Yoga + Wellness’s 2018 Teacher Training. Her yoga journey began over 17 years ago during pregnancy, leading her from hospital classes to studios and eventually to Evolve, where she’s practiced since its opening in 2012. Inspired by the physical and mental benefits of yoga, Carol became a teacher to help others experience the same. She believes yoga is for every body, and with breath and modifications, anyone can practice.
