People. Please. For the love of God. Please stop popping your kid's backs. I am constantly trying to fix the damage you are doing. Making noise is not fixing a problem. Do you clean their teeth with a metal prong like a dentist to save money? No. Lifting weights doesn't make you a Physical Therapist. Stop F'in with people's backs. Go to a different chiropractor. Don't call me. This is not about your business. I don't need your money. I need you to stop from permanently screwing up their spine.

Today starts year 31. For the record, that is the only time I wore a lab jacket. What was I doing, experiments on patients? Okay, okay, go ahead. Look at that hair. Well, hair today, gone tomorrow. That's the internal stress of trying to help people get well. Actually, it's probably more from dealing with insurance companies.

Let me be serious for a brief moment. It has been my absolute honor to treat so many patients over these three decades, thank you. I promise I have always done my best for you and your family. Here's a little collage of pics from the years. Now let the jokes fly...

Huge thank you to my military hero, patient, Tim, for my gift. I love it. I supports his Skins and he knows I’m a diehard Buffalo Bills fan. I told him I’m going to wear this shirt for this weekends’ game, but if the Bills lose I’m burning the shirt. Lol. Good luck to everyone routing for their team in the playoffs.

Matthew Lipoff is collecting warm clothing for those in need in St. Marys County Maryland. Items accepted are all sizes of gently used winter jackets, hats, and gloves. These will be donated to a large clothing drive held by local churches next month.

Lamden Lipoff is collecting gently used towels and blankets for cat rescue and adoption at SMAWL Cat Castle Rescue Center in Calloway and Feral Cat Rescue of SoMD in Great Mills. Donations made out to either organization by check will also be accepted.

There will be a drop-off box in the foyer of the Foundation 4 Heroes headquarters at 23127 Three Notch Road. The location is south of WAWA on Rt. 235, and before Verizon.

If the box is full, please go up the elevator to Back At Your Best Chiropractic & Physical Therapy and bring it inside or leave it by the door.

The boys will take it from there. Thank you.
