🧘‍♀️ Stretch It Out—Your Spine Will Thank You! 🧘‍♂️

Did you know a few simple stretches at home can help you get even more out of your chiropractic care? 🙌

Keeping your body moving—gently—between visits can reduce stiffness, improve flexibility, and support your spine’s alignment. Here are 3 of our favorites:

✨ 1. Cat-Cow Stretch
Great for loosening the spine and easing back tension.
Get on hands and knees, alternate arching your back (like a cat 🐱) and dipping your belly (like a cow 🐮). Breathe with each movement!

✨ 2. Seated Spinal Twist
Sit on the floor or in a sturdy chair. Gently twist your upper body to one side, using your opposite hand on your knee for support. Hold for 15–30 seconds, then switch sides.

✨ 3. Neck Rolls
Slowly roll your head in a circular motion to ease tension. Be gentle and breathe—it’s not a race! 😊

💡 Bonus Tip: Stretching should never hurt. Go slow, listen to your body, and if something doesn’t feel right—pause and check in with us!

All of us here at Alexander Chiropractic Center have some exciting news to share!
We are adding a new service to our practice, a Peripheral Neuropathy treatment program!
With this new program, it not only works if you put in the work, but has a 97% success rate!

If Neuropathy pain keeps you or someone you know from walking, playing with their kids or grandkids, taking their pet on a walk, playing golf or just being able to do daily tasks, don’t let the pain keep you from missing out of these potential memories.
