This past week at Yucaipa Hills Post Acute was filled with engaging activities and heartwarming moments that brought joy and togetherness to our community.

Resident Council Meeting 🫂
On Monday, we kicked off the week with our Resident Council Meeting. It was a wonderful opportunity for residents to voice their thoughts, share suggestions, and contribute ideas for future events and improvements around the facility. The meeting fostered a sense of community and ensured everyone’s opinions were heard and valued.

Doggy Social🐾
Wednesday brought wagging tails and warm smiles during our much-anticipated Doggy Social. Residents had the chance to spend time with some adorable furry friends, which lifted spirits and brought laughter to everyone. The therapeutic benefits of pet interactions were evident as residents enjoyed cuddles and playful moments.

Live Performance🧑‍🎤
Friday evening was a musical delight as we welcomed a talented local performer for a live concert. The music filled the air with joy, and residents were seen tapping their feet and singing along to familiar tunes. It was a beautiful way to end the week on a high note.

Sunday Worship 🙏
We concluded the week with a peaceful and reflective Sunday Worship service. The gathering provided residents with a moment of spiritual connection and serenity, bringing a sense of calm and comfort to all who attended.

🎄🚨 Grinch Alert at Yucaipa Hills! 🚨🎄

Look who decided to take a break from stealing Christmas and lounge around our halls the Grinch himself! 😱🎅 We caught him red-handed (or should we say green-handed?) trying to blend in, but those furry feet and mischievous grin gave him away.

While he might be plotting his next move, we think the holiday spirit at Yucaipa Hills is too strong for even the Grinch to resist. Residents and staff alike couldn’t help but laugh especially when he took over the conference room for a little "me time!"

Don’t worry, though—we’ve got plenty of cheer to keep him from ruining any holiday fun. Maybe, just maybe, his heart will grow three sizes by the time he leaves. 💚🎁

The holiday spirit is alive and well at Yucaipa Hills Post Acute! Our amazing Activities Director teamed up with none other than Santa Claus himself for a delightful sing-along performance that had everyone smiling from ear to ear. 🎶🎤
