Many of you may not know that I quit my career of many years working in a hospital acute psychiatric care setting in January 2025. What was always my side gig is now my full time passion. I started my own teletherapy and consulting business called Sheehy Therapeutic Solutions Inc. Very excited for this transition as it has already done good for my soul !

So true. We are so quick to judge what we don't understand as something negative within that person. We tend to think only how it affects us personally vs the bigger picture and giving that person the benefit of the doubt. Stepping outside of how we perceived we were personally wronged is a way of opening the eyes and soul to the wounds of another that may not make sense, be visible, or were unable to be communicated at the time. Try not to personalize everything because it's a big world out there
