Elizabeth firmly believes in the coordination of care among providers to promote whole-person wellness for adults 18 and older. Her services include adjustment issues, grief and loss, marriage and couples counseling, stress management and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma.

To better serve the needs of our patients, we have extended our office hours.

Tara Blackshear, APRN, is now available to see patients on Wednesdays, until 6 p.m. She has a special interest in pediatrics, as she worked as a pediatric emergency room nurse and in labor and delivery prior to obtaining her nursing degree. She also worked as a preschool teacher. Tara’s time teaching children further enhanced her skill set of providing medical care for families in a clinical setting.
