💛 A Personal Update from Me
Life has changed drastically for my family over the past year, and as we move into 2026, we’re continuing to move forward with grace, faith, and a hopeful heart.

2025 taught me something I couldn’t ignore, 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐲 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬. Through all of this, God has continued to remind me that I am not in control of life… but I can choose how I 𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑝𝑜𝑛𝑑, 𝑔𝑟𝑜𝑤, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡𝑟𝑢𝑠𝑡 Him through it.

Massage is still a true passion of mine, and I’m grateful to continue serving in this way. Because of our family’s needs, my availability is more limited, so 𝐈 𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭. ✨ This weekend my husband and I did an Adventures in Marriage class, and it was honestly the sweetest experience. It reminded me how important it is to slow down, be present, and really connect with the people we love most.

They’re offering one more weekend class in Port St. Joe if anyone feels led to check it out ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend it!

On a similar note, some of you know I also offer private sessions for couples who want to deepen their connection. It’s not something I advertise often, but if you and your partner are serious about learning how to massage, stretch, and care for each other, along with some heartfelt exercises, I’d love to chat with you. 🥰

“The body is a canvas… and you are the artist.”
Seventeen years ago, a massage teacher said that to me, and it never left my heart.

At the time, I didn’t fully understand it.
I was 18 and unsure of myself, new to the world of touch and healing. I questioned everything.

Was I doing it right? Do they hate this? Am I enough?

I judged myself and my work constantly, like every session I had to prove something. I thought I needed more tools, more classes, more certifications, almost as if I had to earn the right to call this a gift.

But over time, God softened that noise. And while I still love to learn, I no longer chase growth from a place of lack. I trust that I’ll grow and expand at the pace God allows.

Now, every session I do, I feel like an artist. Not with paint or clay, but with movement, presence, and breath. I dance with my hands. I listen with my heart.

Sometimes it’s slow and soothing.
Sometimes it’s deep and focused.
Sometimes it’s rocking and releasing, like waves washing the tension away.

Massage isn’t just pressure and technique, it’s connection. It’s listening to what’s under the surface. It’s helping people feel seen, held, and at home in their body again. And just like art, it’s different every time.

I share this because I hope it reminds someone else on the path:
Your presence is enough.
Your touch is enough.
Your heart, your breath, your intuition… it all matters. ♥️

I’ve been a bit quiet over here on my business page, and most of my personal updates have been about my ex-husband’s condition, which has taken a big emotional toll on our family.

I want to let you know that I’m still booking new clients for the summer, and every session truly helps support my family.

For the foreseeable future, I’ll be caring for our kids full time. And while I love the extra time with them, I hate that it’s under these circumstances.

I had many goals for myself and my business this season but God clearly has different plans for me and my family right now. He’s leading us in a direction that I believe will make sense in time. My heart is open to all possibilities and outcomes. ♥️

Starting August 8th, I will no longer be scheduling appointments past 2:00p.m, Monday through Friday. I apologize if that’s an inconvenience, but my family and mental health come first.

Thank you for being patient with me. And thank you to those who have continued to book with me. All the prayers and support you’ve shown Jack, his wife, his family, and especially the kids are deeply appreciated. 🙏
