Great Heights Medical Weight loss program using evidence based individualized therapy. An individualized plan is then developed with the patient using all the information obtained.

As a designated USCIS civil surgeon, we conduct Immigration Physical Examinations and complete form I 693 following the currentTechnical Instructions published by the CDC. Program includes a comprehensive history and physical exam, Styku 3D body scan at baseline and for periodic measurements, DNA testing and Gut biome analysis (in partnership with Digbi Health), lab tests to rule out any underlying medical disorders that may be related to obesity. Options for medication including phentermine and Semaglutide.
