Living a stress free life, what does that even mean? I think you have many ways to look at this. It can be doing things in the moment to make your life less stressed. It could be looking at the whole picture and working towards a certain goal. Basically it can be one thing or hundreds of things. Today and probably for the future I am looking at little moments or things during a time or action that can possibly put a smile on your face, the light bulb turn on upstairs, or gives you a little relief from the stressors of life.

If this is something that makes you go "Hmmmm….", makes you ask yourself questions, puts a smile on your face, or even gives you the slightest of intertest, then I believe you are in the right place. Come along with me as I look at different things that just might make your life a little easier and a little less stressful. There is no rhyme or reason to my subjects, stories, or even approach. It's just stuff that comes to me and I want to bring it to you so we can have a discussion and figure things out together. Sound good? Lost yet? Awesome, so am I!

I walked for 3.18 miles burning 343 calories

Total steps for the day was 8528 and 1830 calories burned (does include the walk)

Salad mix with cucumbers, chicken, sweet peppers, tomatoes, raspberries, croutons, and balsamic dressing

Dinner -
Chicken
Grilled asparagus and summer squash

Snacks -
Clementine

Drank 4.5 20oz of water

Walked 3.25 miles for exercise

Total steps for today were 9800 and calories per my FitBit was 1938.

Today is Testimony Tuesday!

I got the Rest yesterday and made a video about it and told you I would let you know how it went with my sleeping. You can see the dates of these "Sleep" from my FitBit. I wanted to give you serval days throughout the year.

Take a look at the difference between last night and all the other days. Now I am thinking it worked very well, what do you think?

Y'all know I turned the BIG 50 about 2 weekends ago. I have been dealing with aches and pains for a while. I soooo wish I had taken a before picture but honestly, I didn't know this would happen.

You can see that my finger is a little big/swollen/disfigured at the bottom knuckle (thinking arthritis). It was very swollen and painful. I have been taking Q Align, along with other vitamins, and OH MY GOSH...the swelling came down! There is no pain anymore! I also do not ache throughout my body. Y'all this is the best thing ever for this 50-year-old.

Tip #543 ~ Do not stress about something that is out of your control. Let’s say that one more time...Do not stress about something that is out of your control.

This tip is one of the hardest ones for me to learn. I was face to face with a huge stresser when I got very sick and I was slammed with the fact that it was out of my control. I prayed for Jesus to take it all. You know what? He did and now I really think about situations and if there is really anything I can do about it. If there is not I let it go. You can too!

Make time for yourself, you are important. What have you done today?

Today I decided to take a walk around town. I have been neglecting my walking for months however, today I got in 1.33 miles. I also sat on my balcony soaking up the rays of the sun. It was nice to feel the warmth spread over my face. Lastly, I worked on a project for my special person in my life, smiling all the while.
