We are CLOSED for the 2021 season!! We are blessed to have great clientele for many years & thankful for you all!! We have been hit with several health issues this past year, leaving me (Jeff) unable to work the 16 hour days in the shop. Please do NOT drop off your deer , there is a closed sign up & the driveway has a rope acrossed it. We are sorry for the inconvenience & wish everyone a successful season.

Most people don’t know that 2020 kicked us a few times over. The beginning of 2020 Jeff (owner) broke his neck & had major neck surgery(we opened the shop last year before he was fully recovered), Dec 2020 we got another blow that has been hard to recover from (we are a pretty private family)! Jeff was diagnosed with Renal carcinoma & our cancer battle began (at the peak of meat season last year.) We are so thankful to all our employees who helped us while he had multiple appointments. Major surgery took place in March & my husband doesn’t know the meaning of slow down, take it easy & let your body heal. It’s now August & he has not recovered like he should. Logan Thomas & I have made the decision for him to close the shop this year. We know this is a HUGE impact on all of you & we are very sorry for that ! With that being said 100% recovery for Jeff is the most important thing for our family. He physically can NOT spend 16 hour days out in the shop. Please be kind as we figure out where we go from here.

Thank you everyone who picked up! We are looking a little better but still need more pick ups. If you haven’t heard from us, our summer sausage seasoning has been back ordered.
We are doing our best to get all the specialty finished!!

We will not be taking coolers or quartered deer this season. Please being the whole deer to us. Quartered deer and coolers will rot faster so we have to cut line. We are trying to be fair for everyone!
