Calvert City Nursing and Rehab

Calvert City Nursing & Rehab is a local, nonprofit 95 bed, dually licensed, skilled nursing facility. Calvert City Convalescent Center, Inc.

is a local 501 (c) 3 not for profit nursing facility providing both NF and SNF services. Incorporated in 1972, the Center is unique to the State of Kentucky being both tax exempt and self owned. A local Board of Directors who volunteer their time is the governing authority. Excess revenue generated returns to the Center's general operation account. Presently, the Center operates on a yearly budget

of over six million dollars. The economic impact to the community and surrounding area is tremendous. Jobs provided for approximately 125 employees add additional funds and cash flow for area businesses. It has been said many times that this organization is more than facts and figures on a financial statement. It is like a family, loving, caring and appreciating each other. It is a home, a house built by love. The belief that "In God's love, everyone is someone" truly challenges our caregivers to fulfill the mission statement and provide the very best care available to our residents.

🌼🕺 Still Groovin’, Never Snoozin’! 🎶
We had such a groovy time at the Aging Conference today! From costumes to music to bingo, it was a full day of fun, learning, and good vibes.

There was so much education and knowledge shared for seniors — a true reminder of how important it is to keep moving, keep laughing, and keep connecting. 💛

A huge THANK YOU to PADD & PAMHAC for putting on such an awesome event! Our crew even joined in on the spirit with a little Scooby-Doo throwback 🐾✨.

Today we brought the island vibes right here with our Luau Party! Residents enjoyed tropical treats, music, and plenty of laughter while soaking in the sunshine. 🌞🍍🌸

Shoutout to the Calvert City Pickleball Team for their generosity! 🏓💚 They donated part of their tournament proceeds to support our residents here at Calvert City Nursing & Rehab. We’re so grateful for the community love—and we’ll be cheering you on in your next match!

The Eagle Scout garden project is really coming together! 🌼 It was pretty cool seeing all the residents out there planting flowers and getting their hands in the dirt. The space is filling up fast—and looking pretty nice!

Residents or their families are welcome to bring hanging or potted plants to add to the garden—there are still some empty rod areas ready to be filled!

🎉BINGO was boomin’ today at Calvert City Nursing & Rehab! With 100% occupancy, we had our BIGGEST turnout ever — every chair was filled, and every card was in play! 🏆✨

We brought the fun back with our residents—bright colors, big laughs, and lots of teamwork under the parachute! It may have been a while since grade school, but the joy it brings is timeless. 💛💙💚

🦆🐥 Duck hunt, nursing home style! 🐥🦆
We had a quacking good time on our rubber ducky hunt today! Ducks were hidden all over the building, and our residents had a blast tracking them down. Smiles, laughter, and a few surprise “quacks” made for a fun-filled adventure.
