Calvert City Nursing & Rehab is a local, nonprofit 95 bed, dually licensed, skilled nursing facility. Calvert City Convalescent Center, Inc.

is a local 501 (c) 3 not for profit nursing facility providing both NF and SNF services. Incorporated in 1972, the Center is unique to the State of Kentucky being both tax exempt and self owned. A local Board of Directors who volunteer their time is the governing authority. Excess revenue generated returns to the Center's general operation account. Presently, the Center operates on a yearly budget of over six million dollars. The economic impact to the community and surrounding area is tremendous. Jobs provided for approximately 125 employees add additional funds and cash flow for area businesses. It has been said many times that this organization is more than facts and figures on a financial statement. It is like a family, loving, caring and appreciating each other. It is a home, a house built by love. The belief that "In God's love, everyone is someone" truly challenges our caregivers to fulfill the mission statement and provide the very best care available to our residents.

The shovels are moving and the excitement is blooming! 🌿🏗️

Construction has officially begun on our new courtyard at Calvert City Nursing and Rehab, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch this space come to life. This courtyard will soon be a beautiful place for our residents to relax, visit with family, and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine.

We are so grateful for the support that helps make projects like this possible. As a non-profit facility, every improvement we make is truly for the benefit of the residents we serve.

🎬 Running the Show Week was a hit at Calvert City Nursing and Rehab!

Our staff showed up and showed out all week long with:
🏈 Sports Day
🐆 Camo / Animal Print Day
👯 Twin / Triplets Day
🛌 PJ Day
🤠 Hat & Denim Day

To top it all off, the guys cooked lunch for everyone today, which was the perfect finale to a fun week of laughs, team spirit, and great memories.

We are so thankful for the amazing team that keeps the show running every single day for our residents. ❤️

When the skies pretend to swirl, we practice like pros. 🌪️💪

Today we completed a tornado drill in 5 minutes and 38 seconds ⏱️

That is teamwork in motion. That is training paying off. That is staff moving quickly and calmly to keep our residents safe. And yes… there were plenty of smiles along the way 😊

Because confidence shows. Preparation brings peace. And when you know your team has it handled, you can smile even during a drill.

At Calvert City Nursing and Rehab, preparedness is not just a policy, it is a promise. We hope we never need it for real, but if we do, we are ready.

When the bosses are away… the puppies clock in. 🐾💼

Today at Calvert City Nursing and Rehab, leadership temporarily shifted to the four-legged department. There were paws on keyboards, treats negotiated under the table, and at least one very important nap scheduled during “office hours.”

Productivity may have dipped… but morale? Sky high. 🐶📈

Don’t worry — all emails were supervised, no confidential files were chewed, and the only thing shredded was a squeaky toy.

Sometimes you just have to let a little fur fly in the office.
