Here is a great Ratatouille Recipe!!!

Spread Naturelle Food’s Provence Simmer Sauce into the bottom of a baking dish (half an inch of sauce). Place alternating 1/16th inch thick slices of eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, tomato, starting at the outer edge of the dish and work towards the center (as shown in picture). Overlap slices a little. Drizzle top with a touch of olive oil, black pepper, salt, or a touch of thyme leaves. Cover with parchment paper inside dish. Bake low and slow (2 hours at 275 degrees F), or for 45 minutes at 375 degrees F, until sauce is bubbling and vegetables are tender but not over cooked. Arrange on plate (see photo) for a delicious southern French Provencal treat.
