Earthing, also known as Grounding!
Are you ungrounded? It's pretty easy to become ungrounded when we are stuck inside. Walk barefoot, eat root foods, use visualization, hug a tree, or you can use stones and crystals. (being as they are from the earth are very grounding) We have several different options, everyone is different in how they respond to different stones.
