I have been doing some profound healing. I’m really feeling like myself. Like I deserve to be here. Like I have been received onto the earth and I am supposed to be here. I am so thankful for plant medicine, the earth, the various healers who worked with my energy, my body, my preverbal and childhood trauma, and my ancestral trauma who have supported me, especially Mari and Greg at and .

My healing work with clients has leveled up because my container has deepened and widened for what I can hold space for with them. It’s beautiful to see how our healing is intertwined and interconnected.

Gathering herbs that are part of my ancestral lineages traditions for an upcoming ancestral healing intensive retreat (for brainspotting) I will be attending in June. I am so looking forward to learning more so I can serve my clients in guiding them into even deeper work and liberation.
